Couples Course

This three part program is designed based on Tracy's three decades of education, experience and specialized couples counseling training and is perfect for the couple who are interested in solving problems present in nearly every significant relationship and committed to growing closer and stronger.

Easy Family Meetings

Young people today are suffering from an identity crisis.  There is so much social chaos in the way. Identity and purpose development begins at home, in the family.  The purpose of Easy Family Meetings is to provide a framework for parents to be purposeful in guiding their children. 

Private Sessions

Private sessions are for individuals and couples, nationwide who are stable and looking for personal growth. Employers, schools, churches and other organizations are also able to use these sessions for consultation around topics that arise in their organization concerning emotional wellness. 

Mental Health Counseling

These sessions are traditional psychotherapy sessions for individuals and couples seeking diagnosis and treatment for mental health concerns. All sessions are delivered via telehealth and are available for those residing in Massachusetts, where Tracy is licensed. All aspects of your services are HIPPA compliant.

Sex Therapy

80% of couples experience challenges with desire discrepancy and other matters of sexuality. It can be a hard topic for even your doctor to talk about. Avoiding the problem keeps you stuck and negatively impacts your relationship and life. Working with a professional with specialized training in this area can help you with a path forward.

Youth Workshops

Tracy's youth courses are designed to address sociocultural topics that are relevant to youth today, including; sexuality, substance use, mental health and other issues. Equipping youth with truth and the space for critical thinking builds confidence and safety. Young people are our hope for a bright future. Let's give them a safe environment to grow.
