With 30 years experience as a mental health counselor, I am confident saying that you can bring any personal, couples, family, parenting or other issue to your Private Session.  If your need is one that falls out of my specialty, or I feel that you could be better served by another professional or service, I will let you know after I review your questionnaire and prior to our first session.  If this is the case, you will receive a full refund prior to your first session.

Prior to your Private Session, I will send you a short questionnaire that will help you focus your attention on what you are seeking help with.  This questionnaire will also help me ascertain if your needs fall within my expertise.

During your first session, we will dive right in to begin working on what you came to work on.  This may take the form of my listening to your story and your needs, or it may look more like more questions and answers and entering right into strategy.  Your questionnaire responses will illuminate this a bit more before we meet.

Private Sessions provided through Live and Love Fully are not therapy sessions, therefore, are not covered by your insurance.

I recommend that you start with one Private Session. Many of my clients benefit from my support in helping with clarification, strategy and resources.  You can also get support and benefit from the Live and Love Community.  You may, however, book up to 4 Private Sessions at once.  All sessions are paid at the time of booking. Please be sure to read the cancelation policy.

While this is not professional psychotherapy, I abide by all aspects of the HIPPA law. 

Please be aware, as I am a licensed mental health professional, even though this isn't a professional mental health service, I must abide by all relevant laws, such as; mandated reporting of child abuse and neglect and harm to self and others.

Depending on the age, goals and circumstances, this is a question that we will need to talk directly about.

Goal attainment is a result of process and personal effort, therefore, I cannot guarantee that you will reach your goals.  Please, however, visit the home page of this site to review testimonials from past and current clients. If there are topics in your questionnaire that raise concern that I might not be the best fit, I will address this with you prior to our session.  If we decide not to work together at that point, you will receive a full refund.
