If you are seeking help for a mental health disorder or suspect you may have a mental health disorder, you can book a Traditional Psychotherapy session.

You must reside in Massachusetts, as Tracy is licensed in Massachusetts.

The link above will take you to a questionnaire that will help us both decide if we are a good match to proceed, based on a variety of factors.

Prior to your first session, you will receive a link to the client portal with the necessary forms and a more detailed questionnaire to get us started.

We will review your needs, goals and objectives through the information you have provided and any necessary further assessment. If, in fact, you meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis, we will develop a treatment plan and begin working on your goals.

Tracy takes many insurances. It is your responsibility to inquire with your insurance company as to whether Tracy is in your network, what your in or out of network benefits are, and to keep track of your coverage over time. Tracy will submit claims on your behalf, if you are covered by an insurance that Tracy takes. If Tracy does not take your insurance, you will be provided with a "superbill" to submit on your own behalf.

The number of sessions depends on your goals, your coverage and/or your private payment agreement. We will review progress regularly.

Tracy abides by all aspects of the HIPPA law. 

Tracy must abide by all relevant laws, such as; mandated reporting of child abuse and neglect and harm to self and others.

Depending on the age, goals and circumstances, this is a question that we will need to talk directly about.

Goal attainment is a result of process and personal effort, therefore, I cannot guarantee that you will reach your goals.  Please, however, visit the home page of this site to review testimonials from past and current clients. If there are topics in your questionnaire that raise concern that I might not be the best fit, I will address this with you prior to our session.
